Google Form + Score Tracking Setup
One-time setup. 15 minutes. Then every student's CR test score lands in your Google Sheet automatically.
1
Create the Google Form
- Open forms.google.com on your computer
- Click the big + Blank form
- Title it: "YST CR Test — Score Submission"
- Description: "Auto-submitted after you complete a Yash Sir test"
Now add these 6 fields in this exact order:

💡 Tip: Fields 3-6 will be auto-filled when the student opens the form. They only type their Name + Batch. Whole submission takes 15 seconds.

Link to a Google Sheet
- In your form, click the Responses tab at top
- Click the green Sheets icon ("Link to Sheets")
- Select "Create a new spreadsheet"
- Name it: "YST CR Test Scores 2026"
- Click Create
✅ Now every form submission auto-saves a new row to this sheet.

Get the Prefilled URL
This is the most important step. Read carefully.
- In your Google Form, click the three-dots menu (⋮) at top-right
- Click "Get pre-filled link"
- Fill EVERY field with a dummy value:
- Name:
NAME - Batch:
BATCH - Test Name:
TESTNAME - Score:
SCORE - Net Score:
NETSCORE - Time Taken:
TIMETAKEN
- Name:
- Click "Get link" button at bottom
- Click "Copy link"
The link will look like this (very long):

📝 Save this URL safely. Paste it into a Note app or Google Doc. You'll use it in the next step.

Send Me the URL
Paste that long URL back to me in chat. I will:
- Extract the Form ID and 6 entry IDs from your URL
- Update all 7 CR test files with your specific IDs
- Ship updated HTML files with working "Submit Score" buttons
⚠️ Privacy note: The URL contains your Form ID. Don't share it publicly — only with me here and with your students (via the test files). Anyone with the form ID could spam submissions, so use it for trusted students only initially.

What Students Will See
After they finish any CR test, the result screen will show their score + badge + a new gold button:

Student adds their name + batch (15 seconds), hits submit, score lands in your sheet immediately.

Weekly Analysis in Claude Project
Every Sunday night:
- Open your Google Sheet
- File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv)
- Open your Claude Project
- Upload the CSV
- Ask: "Analyze this week's CR test scores. Who needs attention? Which questions were hardest? Which batches improved most?"
I'll give you a full analysis: rankings, weak topics, students who need 1-on-1 help, batch-wise trends.
💡 Pro tip: Add these as Project Instructions in your Claude Project so you don't repeat yourself:
